A contingent of 15 members, with 13 scouts and 2 adult leaders, took to the sea to explore the Florida Keys over the course of a weeklong trip. Flying into Fort Lauderdale, the group first visited Hollywood Beach and the Everglades National Park before heading to the Florida Keys.

Arriving at the BSA National High Adventure Seabase, the group embarked on a 5 day sailing trip along the Keys. Along the way, the scouts snorkeled at different sites, such as shipwrecks and coral reefs, went lobstering and fishing, and also visited an abandoned island. The group also spent one day on land at their midweek destination. The group concluded their trip by returning to Miami, and spending the day in the city.
